Teams in green are selected, teams in orange are on the waiting list. For each country, if a “green” team drops out, an “orange” team (in the list order) takes its place and so on. If a country has no teams on the waiting list, the first team (determined by time of registration) on ALL the waiting lists is qualified.
The registrations are closed and there are no extra places, but for any other questions send us a mail
